An American family said that their dog ate $4,000 in cash, but after getting their hands dirty, they managed to get most of the money back, RIA Novosti writes.
“This is Cecil, he didn’t do anything bad in his life until he ate four thousand dollars,” the dog’s owner, Kerry Lo, wrote on one of the social networks.
The dog’s health was not affected, but Carrie and her husband had to patiently sift through the dog’s feces and vomit, and then glue the pieces of bills they found.
“We have already recovered $3,550,” the owner wrote.
