Meta Platforms founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg sold approximately 1.28 million shares of his company in the last two months of 2023, earning a total of $428 million.

According to Bloomberg, on average, each of the transactions carried out in November-December 2023 brought Zuckerberg 10.4 million dollars, and the maximum volume was the sale of securities on December 28. on this day, Zuckerberg earned about $17.15 million for 47,664 shares.
Zuckerberg explains the decision to sell some of his shares by the fact that the price has increased significantly over the past year and is now close to the maximum level reached in 2021.
